Our client is recruiting a Solicitor to support their specialist Commercial team. An exciting opportunity, this role will be concentrating on the sustainable/renewable energy side of the commercial sector which is going from strength to strength.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with a team who are continuing to build an exceptionally innovative and dynamic commercial practice, providing high-end commercial transaction advice.
We work with a growing client-base of local, national and international companies and have a particularly strong reputation in sustainable/renewable energy (including waste-to-energy). We frequently advise on transactions and contracts of national and international significance and we regularly work opposite some of the largest UK law firms. The team’s work is very diverse and the type of commercial work that you will not find anywhere else in Kent. There is also an element of corporate banking and finance work, asset, share and restructuring deals and general SME commercial contract work.
The Requirements:
· We are looking for a qualified Solicitor above 3 years’ PQE, with experience of corporate or commercial work, or both.
· Experience with sustainable/renewable energy.
· Private practice experience or a mixture of both inhouse and private practice experience considered.
