Monday to Sunday (7 day rota system)
37.5 hours per week

My client is looking for an experienced and ambitious sales advisor to join the small friendly team of this established & successful self-storage business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well establish sales team with immediate earning potential.
They are looking for someone who is driven to maximise the sales and profitability of their store and who deliver’s exceptional customer service.
You will be a highly motivated individual who will have a customer facing retail background where you have experience in consultative sales with a track record in achieving sales targets.
You will be a good communicator both face to face and over the phone with an approachable personality who enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life and social backgrounds.

*Sales, following up enquiries over the phone and face to face providing
* Providing storage solutions that match the customer’s specific needs
*selling merchandise & Insurance
*Building customer relationships
*delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds the customers’ expectations.

**Please note the client will guarantee a basic salary of £24k for the first year to support you during this period. After the first year your salary will be based on £18k basic with the view of you achieving £24-27k OTE which should be easily achievable for the right candidate**
