c£25,000 - £35,000 DOE + generous commission structure + company benefits + company events + company Mobile Phone after probation

Interpersonnel Recruitment are seeking a self-motivated candidate to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. You will be passionate about finding the right candidate-employer fit, experienced exceeding KPI’s, possess a drive to succeed and be a core team player.

There is a reason we have been established for 30 years – we aim to be considered as an extension to our client’s HR practices as a Recruitment Business Partner.

Our consultants work across permanent, temporary and contract roles into a range of industries, however, we would consider candidates that are specialist instead of generalist. We provide a strong induction process and ongoing training process via internal and external processes.

The Role

  • 360 Recruitment - sourcing and matching candidates to a range of exciting job opportunities. Be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle.

  • Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue target.

  • Liaising with new and existing clients to maintain a strong rapport to ensure we are their first point of contact for their recruitment campaigns.

  • Have an active Client facing role - attending on site meetings with clients to understand their long-term requirements.

  • Working to weekly and monthly financial and non-financial targets set by senior management.

  • Regular account management of your clients as well as meeting set new business development call target.

  • Writing advertisements for job opportunities and ensuring they are uploaded onto Interpersonnel's authorised job boards.

  • Audit trail of permanent placements job offers.

  • Ensuring total compliance of temporary assignments on both client hirer and agency worker side.

  • Processing CV's for applications.

  • Arranging interviews and providing confirmation.

  • Checking online job boards daily for potential opportunities. Making initial contact with companies to gather information.

  • Sending out marketing information.

  • Local business awareness - companies moving into the area, competitors, opportunities.

  • General and recruitment administration

  • Other – any ad–hoc duties requested by Management.

The Requirements

  • Experience as a Generalist or Specialist Recruitment Consultant. A strong Resourcer with some 360 recruitment experience would be considered on a training programme.

  • Great networking skills.

  • Key negotiating skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Experience working to KPI’s/targets.

  • Confident making sales/account management calls

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Self-motivated and not required to be micromanaged.

For the right candidate flexibility on working days and hours can be considered. Salary is based on a pro rata basis.
