My client who is based a 10 minute walk from Maidstone East Train Station are seeking an Office Administrator to work in their offices - the team is extremely friendly and you will be made to feel right at home

This is on an on-going temporary basis with the possibility for the role turning permanent

Office Administrator

  • Answer the phone

  • Take orders and process orders onto the internal system

  • Process orders onto the system from a shared email inbox

  • Attention to detail is very important as their product range is fairly technical and in depth.

  • Good telephone manner

  • Articulate and not afraid to ask questions

  • Can do attitude is essential

  • Hours: 07:30am – 1:00pm
