Manufacturing / Production Operative

Must be able to commit to the following shifts

Shifts –

2x12 hours days 6am-6pm

2x 12 hours nights 6pm-6am

4 days off on rotation

Up to £13.37ph

Temp - Perm

The ideal candidate will have experience in a production or manufacturing environment and will be comfortable working in a rotating shift pattern to include nights.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operative on a Temp-Perm Basis

My client provides shrink sleeve labels, self-adhesive labels, spouted pouches, and packaging machinery in a global scale. Utilizing the technology and capabilities of the Group, we provide total packaging solutions to meet our customers’ needs in a wide range of areas, such as food, beverages, dairy, home & personal care and pharmaceutical products.

The role will involve utilising the production machinery and equipment in the most efficient way to produce our packaging product that conforms to requirements and customer deadlines are met. The machinery and surrounding areas are to be kept clean and tidy

You should have excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and able to work well within a team. Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills are needed.

Good numeracy and literacy skills are needed to interpret documentation linked with the position/duties.

This role may involve heavy lifting for product parts.
