C£20,000 pro rata

Aim of the role:

A pivotal role to play in the day-to-day operations of the employment process. You will act as a key ambassador of Interpersonnel Recruitment by liaising closely with candidates seeking employment and matching their details to live job opportunities.

You will support management and the recruitment consultants with the administration of the recruitment business, manage the candidate database, build upon candidate and client relations, be responsible for social media channels, remain up to date with job statuses and online advertising, compliance administration and positively promote the Interpersonnel experience.

We are a fast-paced organisation and your daily plans can change in an instant. You therefore need to be able to adapt quickly to changes and reprioritise your workload.


  • Source and select candidates via a range of sources

  • Network and advertise to potential candidates

  • Candidate Management

  • Identify skills from candidate CV's to match appropriately with vacancies

  • Database maintenance

  • Arranging and confirming interviews

  • Sending out new starter packs

  • Ensure the compliance of the candidate registration process

  • Writing advertisements for job opportunities and ensuring they are uploaded onto Interpersonnel's authorised job boards within a set timeline.

  • Audit trail of permanent placements job offers.

  • Processing CV's for applications and ensuring applications are acknowledged.

  • You'll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.

  • Other – any ad–hoc duties requested by Management.

Flexibility on working days. This role can be offered on a full time or part time basis. Please note for part time, full working days are expected, and a minimum of 3 days per week.

Is this role for me?

It is important to us that you enjoy liaising with contacts. You will be at the forefront for building rapports with our candidates and therefore will be phoning new and existing candidates daily to ascertain their current employment situation/search. You will be expected to champion the Interpersonnel Recruitment ethos and be keen to progress the business and your own personal development.

We are looking for candidates with self-management skills, experienced working to tight deadlines, excellent telephone manners, ability to multi-task, extremely well presented, motivated and eager to progress further, and strong IT/admin skills.
