Asset Information Specialist

Salary £35k - £40k DOE

Job summary:

Working with the asset manager and asset team, this role will support the day-to-day functions of the asset team as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all engineering activities.

At the heart of our maintenance activates are the systems, processes and policies that support these functions. You will be required to record and utilise information in ways that align with day-to-day operational functions and support the organization to achieve its strategic objectives for assets

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified to BTEC level 3, or A Level standard in Business, Engineering or IT related disciplines or equivalent experience

• Have an understanding of the features and functionality of an Asset Management and Document Management System

• Previous knowledge and understanding of engineering processes, policies for asset management and document control

• Demonstrable track record managing large data and implementing new systems

• Prior database management and configuration experience

• Good understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Full driving licence
