You will work a rota of Monday – Friday 07.00 – 16.00 and 13:00 – 22:00 alternate weeks (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break) with rota’d Saturday working (06:00 – 14:00) 1in 3 with separate rest day

My client who is a large well known international FMCG company are seeking a strong Administrator to join their supply chain on a full time 12 month contract basis

What will the role involve?

You will need to demonstrate high levels of organisational skills, accuracy and communication as you will be liaising with packing sites across Europe, planning transport, general inventory management/queries, invoicing, daily emails, arranging direct deliveries and communicating any delays/delivery issues.

This role involves analysing and evaluating a range of reports and systems to pre-empt any issues as well as delivering sets of KPI’s.

As part of a team, you will share a variety of processes including receipting goods onto the stock system, and reconciling the paperwork, entering orders and producing picking and delivery documents.

You will need to have good MS skills, especially competent with Outlook and Excel.

What are we looking for?

We are a small team so you will need to have a great team working ethos.

You will be proactive with a great eye for detail, ensuring all communications are accurate and delivered in a timely manner, and followed up.

You must have the ability to communicate at all levels, maintaining close working relationships between other departments and excellent customer service.

Communication with your colleagues is key.

Please note Supply Chain experience is non-essential for the role and will be trained if successful. Bonus if you have supply chain or logistics administration

Problem solving and willingness to help others are key attributes for this role.
