Assistant Estate Services Manager
£30,000 – c£35,000 DOE plus benefits
A fantastic opportunity to join our client as the Assistant Estate Services Manager. A busy role the right candidate will assist the Estate Services Manager to mange all support service on the estate, achieving excellent stewardship of the site, and offering a responsive service to the internal customers.
To lead and support the Maintenance Supervisor and team, facilitating both ad hoc, responsive services and pre-planned project and preventative maintenance programmes, working with other managers to ensure corporate priorities are met and resources are used effectively.
To support the Estate Services Manager in the project management of major capital restoration and development projects, including planning applications, liaising with architects, contractors and other senior managers as necessary.
As a suitable candidate you will be experienced in;
A facilities management/assistant estate manager role.
Accurate and effective budget control.
Organise and effectively utilise staff, monitoring them to achieve the required standards.
Monitor the performance of staff and identify appropriate training needs.
Follow Company regulations in Health & Safety and maintain a safe working environment.
Possess excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
Understand and interpret legislation and statutory requirements.
Keep the organisation legally compliant with statutory regulations, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective IT capabilities.
