18 month FTC / ASAP start

My client a leading insurance provider is seeking an experienced IT specialist lawyer on a full-time basis to support their legal department on an 18 month FTC

The position is perfect for a highly experienced and motivated individual with an interest in technology and innovation. This is an exciting chance to work as part of dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will be working as part of a strong, experienced in-house legal team.

The Role

  • Providing commercially sound legal advice to key stakeholders across the business.

  • Review IT contracts and advise on IT procurement matters

  • Advise on collaboration with tech companies, IT services providers and projects

  • Independently reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts.

  • Working closely with Compliance to ensure the organisation is in-line with the latest regulatory changes.

The preferred candidate would have apx 6 years PQE.
